It’s never too late to accomplish your dreams. Join us as we challenge ourselves to dream big and live to experience and accomplish new things in life.

Session: Soul Fit Workout
Join us for a low-impact workout designed for all fitness levels. This session features 10-minute cardio, 15 minute strength training, 10 minutes wall/chair pilates, and 5 minute cool down & meditation.

Rediscover the unique women you are as we explore strategies to rid ourselves of shame, guilt, and negative self-talk.
