2025 SAC Women's Retreat

Join women of all ages during the South Atlantic Conference Women's Retreat as we seek to understand God's divine design for our lives. Experience dynamic workshops, inspirational speakers, heartfelt worship and the beauty of connecting with women of God.

Early Bird Deadline: October 31, 2024 Rate: $297 

Registration Deadline: February 15, 2025  Rate: $350

Who should attend: Women ages 18 and up wanting to walk in their purpose and have a closer relationship with God and other women. There is a track for teenagers ages 13-17 years old (must have a chaperone to attend).   

Fees:  All registration fees are per person. No registrations will be taken on-site. Register early to take advantage of the discount. All registrations by mail must be received by the deadline February 15, 2024.

Payment plans can be set up with Adventsource and must be paid with a check. The full amount of registration will be charged if using a credit card.    

Refund Policy:  Refunds for medical emergencies or lost of immediate family members will be granted up to October 31,2024 minus a $75 processing fee.  No refunds will be given after November 1, 2024. You may substitute someone to attend in your place.   

Meals: Includes Friday supper; Saturday lunch and dinner; and Sunday breakfast. Choose between 2 options: vegetarian, vegan/gluten free.    

Lodging:

The host hotel is Le Meridien & Sheraton Hotel located at. An event rate has been provided at $175 for singles or double beds.    

Children: This retreat is ONLY for women and young ladies 13 years and older. No provisions will be made for babies, children, or husbands.    

Teen Cell Phone Policy: No cell phones or other electronics will be allowed during teen sessions. All electronics will be checked at the door and returned as they leave. There will be no exceptions.

Sabbath Offering: Your monetary gift will help provide scholarships to teens and young women desiring to attend the upcoming women’s retreat and support our Lifestyle Small Group Initiatives. Lifestyle Small Groups are available virtually to any woman each month in the areas of mentorship, motherhood, grief, lifestyle change, mental health, and bible study. Learn more at sacwm.org
